RETURN POLICY

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love your Casa Amore purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all original accessories and components.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of returned items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return transit.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at jonathan@casaamoreclub.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at jonathan@casaamoreclub.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Our standard change-of-mind return shipping charges and restocking fee do not apply where prohibited by law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and any other lawful charges.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at jonathan@casaamoreclub.com before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability, without limiting your statutory rights.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.
